Business Factors:
1. Location/place: near the highway intersection, target market
2. Commercial lot, purchasing an empty lot/foreclosed properties
3. Working on a building/floor design
4. Parking space design
5. Safety/security features

Mission Objective: To own a commercial lot to be independent, to reduce the long term expenses on Rent Space, Lease fee, and other associated expenses also to turn it to profitable venue. To create a passive income flow by placing kiosk or mini-stores inside the building such as fast-food chains, restaurant and other enterprises that affiliated to the Meat Shop. In which the space renters become B2B customers and their customers can be part of our B2C customers.

Stage 1 
1. Selecting/Purchase a commercial empty lot or renovate an old one
2. Involve a realtor, lawyer and accountant if necessary
3. Hire an Architect to work on building internal and external blueprint
4. Sign a commercial contractor to build/renovate the design layouts

Stage 2
1. Alert suppliers, customers and staff about upcoming move
2. Purchase new/additional equipment
3. Screening/Hiring new employees

Stage 3 
1. Contact internet/phone service about the move
2. Arrange for all company’s utilities, water, electric, disposal service, fire safety, mailing address
3. Update all company’s accounts, banks, documents, business cards

Stage 4
1. Create a new employee policy being involve in the company shares
2. Set a promotion campaign traditional and contemporary strategy

1. Grand opening event
2. Form a Non-profit organization via crowd-sourcing
