At this current management, the
owner is have established a very good system and outstanding credit with the
suppliers and customers. The product,
price, and place are set in place, however the promotional strategy
hasn't grown or kept up with the modern culture/technologies.
With me taking over and with him
as my adviser or mentor, I will activate the Promotion Strategy in this company
and let the people know that we are better than other competitors or we are the
only company that serve these kind of product.
By going online (websites, Facebook, YouTube, Yelp and other social
media applications) I believe and I know I can propel this company. Here are
some of the examples why and how?
- People that moves to Chicago area will know us, by going online, by searching. Modern people/New generations are now connected online, the Customers are out there. People eat every day. I will go where the people are at, and I won’t rely on word of the mouth alone like the previous owner.
- I will help my fellow veterans by hiring them into my company in the end help the company by exempting tax. Service member are highly motivated, dedicated, quick learners, hard workers, leadership, loyalty experienced.
- Bundling up the internet and phone service will greatly reduce unwanted expenses.
- Maximizing the used of all office/store supply, don’t waste things we can recycle
- Minimize the Garbage cost and introduce Recycling methods
- Create memberships and loyalty programs for business owners and customers
- Create a non-profit organization for family, friends and customers to help the environment
- Create Fund Raising events for the organization and for the company
- I will encourage new ideas and turn ideas into profitable actions meaning to say is, if one came up with a good idea that will generate profit, I will extend support financially and mentally to build and run his/her start up business. This is part of the Portfolio Income.
- Pays off bad debt and create a good debt. Pay off Loans and purchase commercial property
- Acquire assets that generates passive income. Adding kiosk, mini stores to the commercial property.
- Introduce the company to other non-profit organizations or for profit organizations
- Donate to charity or for the cause. Give back to the community, Corporate Social Responsibility
